Our core values define us and guide us in everything we do.
We have three rules on our team. 1.) Do what's right. 2.) Do your best. 3.) Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Do what's right so that people know you can be trusted. Do your best so that people know that you're committed to excellence. Treat others the way you want to be treated so they know that you love and care about them.

We believe in empowering our student-athletes to love themselves, honor one another, and create unity in everything they do.
This begins by recruiting passionate people for Bethel. We desire high-character young women that are excited to find their purpose both on and off the field. Our goal is to encourage the gifts that lay inside of them by our Creator.
This is the Creator’s Game, after all.
HONOR IS THE HARDWARE THAT WILL LEAD TO CHAMPIONSHIP HARDWARE.
As coaches, we allow our student-athletes to operate in an environment of freedom. As this happens, we will continue to see radical changes in the way we win (both on and off the field).
We believe in developing the gifts and dreams that exist inside our student-athletes because each student-athlete has a unique identity and destiny. As they realize their significance, they begin to believe bigger, dream larger, and accomplish more.
